Specialist (Technical Support) - Toys and Hardgoods

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager to develop the related update of requirement of official regulations and new request from clients
- Provide technical support and consultancy to operations / customer services / frontlines / clients
- Organize and delivering seminar and training (internal and external)
- Monitor and develop new services upon client’s specification or updated requirements or regulations
- Coordinate with testing laboratory for the interpretation on testing procedures and test results
- Coordinate the technical issue for Certification and communicated with technical certifier (For GCC and GS service)
- To perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Chemistry / Physics / Mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience and familiar with European or International Standards (especially for Toy and Cookware). Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply
- Knowledge for Certification procedure for GCC Product Certification and GS Certification procedure would be an advantage
- Good team player with the necessary strength to lead a team
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
