Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Implementation of Quality Assurance at all Project Sites, across India.

Responsible for handling Customer Complaints, RCA, CAPA, Resolutions.

Working closely with Client Manager to ensure a compressive approach to quality.

Ensuring Quality Control, Process Improvements, Quality Documentation & Compliance as per ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 17020 standard requirements across all Project Sites.

Analyzing the quality data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.

Required to carry out assigned job independently.

Reviewing Inspection Reports & associated documents for inspections carried out by Inspectors.

Providing Trainings to personnel.

Communication; Report writing.

Monitoring of inspection activities across various project sites.

Recommendations on assigning competency of Inspectors.

Travel to various Project sites, across India.

Assist in ensuring maintenance of Certifications & Accreditations.

Undertake any other role/responsibility as assigned by the Management.
