Your Tasks
- Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, blended learning, self-paced learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), and supporting learning assets.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centric, and business-focused learning experiences.
- Develop high-quality learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled content development platforms.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and global Learning Design stakeholders to transform complex technical content into effective and learner-friendly solutions.
- Leverage AI-supported tools and technologies to improve content development efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of learning design templates, development workflows, and quality standards.
- Support LMS administration, content deployment, reporting, and learning analytics activities across Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar Learning Management Systems.
- Independently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions in a global and cross-cultural environment.
Your Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification with 8–10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 4–5 years in Instructional Design.
- Must have 5–6 years of hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in developing both digital learning solutions and Instructor-Led Training (ILT/vILT) content.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learner experience design.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including content deployment, workflow management, reporting, and basic learning analytics.
- Experience working with AI-enabled content development tools and a strong interest in modern learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, high ownership, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a learner-centric mindset.
