IMS Lead Auditor

Your Tasks:

  • The IMS Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, leading, and reporting integrated audits covering Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • The role ensures organizational compliance, system effectiveness, and continual improvement.
  • Audit planning, Branch other operation supports.                                  
  • Minimum 10 yrs. experience in automotive industry as managers                                    
  • Implementation experience in on QMS, EMS, OHSAS                                                                               
  • Lead auditor qualification in ISO 9001.                                        
  • Should be responsible for audit/ quality for various industry for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 other standards as Quality Assurance / Management Representative.
  • Audit Planning & Preparation, understand the scope of IMS (QMS + EMS + OH&S, etc.).
  • Review documented information: IMS manual, policies, procedures, Risk assessments, objectives, legal registers, Prepare integrated audit plans and checklists. Allocate work to audit team members (if leading a team)
  • Conducting the Audit:  Lead opening meetings, Audit processes using a process-based and risk-based approach.
  • Verify compliance with: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements, Applicable legal and regulatory requirements, Interview employees at different levels,
  • Evaluate effectiveness of: Risk & opportunity management, Environmental aspects & OH&S hazards, Operational controls and emergency preparedness
  • Identifying & Evaluating Findings Identify: Nonconformities (Major / Minor) Observations Opportunities for Improvement (OFI)
  • Ensure findings are: Objective, evidence-based, and standard-specific, Decide audit conclusions on IMS effectiveness
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare and present a clear, integrated audit report, Ensure traceability of findings to: Clause numbers of relevant ISO standards, Lead closing meetings, Explain findings clearly to top management and process owners etc.
