Your Task:

• Pre-Audit Activities & Client Coordination

• Audit Planning & Communication: Formulate and communicate comprehensive audit plans to clients, ensuring mutual agreement on scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Logistical Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to streamline logistics, ensure resource readiness, and finalize schedules for seamless onsite or remote audit execution

• Onsite Audit Execution & Compliance Management
• Time & Schedule Management: Execute the onsite audit program effectively, ensuring strict adherence to the agreed-upon audit plan and timeline.
• Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance: Conduct all audit activities in strict compliance with Certification Body (CB) procedures and Accreditation Body (AB) criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate professional, objective interactions with auditee organizations, gathering robust audit evidence aligned with standard criteria while managing opening and closing meetings.
• Post-Audit Deliverables & Report Management

• Audit Package Submission: Compile, verify, and upload the complete audit package within the CB’s Turnaround Time (TAT) frameworks.
• Reporting & Certification: Generate clear, objective audit reports and drive the post-audit lifecycle to ensure timely certificate issuance and delivery to the client.

• Governance & Organizational Alignment

• Statutory Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance requirements of the organization.

Your Qualification: Any Engineering - B.E/B.Tech / Diploma Engineering
