I.    Position Summary

This position is responsible for conducting Management Services audit.

II.    Job Responsibilities 

1.    Perform management system audits (3rd/2nd) as team leader according to standard requirements, regulatory requirements, internal requirements, QMS related training, code of conduct and audit schedule; (30%)
2.    Bring in potential customer information; (10%)
3.    Support Certification Management to maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction; (10%)
4.    Confirm the certificate scope & company information which is specified in certificate datasheets; (10%)
5.    Plan the on-site audit arrangement for whole audit team; ensuring the audit is implemented smoothly; (10%)
6.    Prepare, submit audit reports to customer & CB and ensure audit package meeting all of requirement 
of CB & AB; (10%)
7.    Collect, calculate the traveling cost for whole audit team; (10%)
8.    Performance other duties assigned by direct reporting manager and department manager (10%)

III.    Job Requirements 

1.    Registered auditor in relevant standard (ISO 9001, IRIS) by relevant CB and CCAA; Willing to provide clients with in-depth knowledge in the second party.
2.    There is experience of QMS related training.
3.    Work experience in railway OEM or first level supplier; 
4.    Willing to business trip as required; Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
5.    Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions, RQMS related knowledge such as RAMS, configuration management etc.;
6.    Metal, machinery or electronics background is preferred
7.    Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
8.    Be fluent in English both writing and speaking.
