Overview:
We are looking for an SCCM Administrator to manage and support our organization's endpoint management. This role will focus on Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) to ensure efficient deployment, configuration, security, and compliance of enterprise devices.
Responsabilities:
- Taking responsibility for secure patch levels and rollout of client related packages including scripting for defined applications
- Regularly checks whether security-relevant updates are available
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- SCCM practical long-term experience
- Error analysis
- Certificate about basis know-how training in SCCM / MCM (Microsoft configuration Manager)
- Basic Intune experience
- Reliable and adherence to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good knowledge of German (>=B1) or / and
- Good knowledge of English (>=B2)
- Powershell skills
- Willingness to learn Communication skills, especially patience when processing complicated inquiries and handling complaints
- Ability to communicate effectively with other IT teams and end users
