Introduction
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Operations Manager with Administrator skills to manage, optimize, and support our low-code and automation platforms and applications, with a primary focus on OutSystems. This role is responsible for ensuring platform availability, security, and performance while also managing integrations with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has experience in platform administration, monitoring, and automation, as well as a strong understanding of application lifecycle management within a low-code environment.
Tasks:
- Ensure stable operation and availability of the OutSystems platform.
- Act as the central coordination point for operational topics related to the platform.
- Perform administrative tasks including user and environment management, certificate handling, monitoring, and deployment oversight.
- Actively support incident resolution and root cause analysis (platform-level and application-level, depending on complexity).
- Coordinate with development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners when necessary.
- Support the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes (incl. change and release management).
- Document platform-related processes, recurring issues, and operational guidelines.
- This role is suitable as a transition profile in growing environments, covering both strategic operational responsibility and hands-on platform support.
- Ideal for building up stable service structures with potential to later split into dedicated roles.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience with OutSystems Lifetime, Service Center, and environment administration.
- Familiarity with low-code development pipelines, versioning, and DevOps collaboration
- Knowledge of infrastructure components, monitoring tools, and basic scripting is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability
- Ability to act as a communicator between technical support and operational coordination
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Language: B2+ (must-have), German B2 (must-have)
