Key Responsibilities
To carry out insepction work for tranmission like work as per applicable codes/standard/specificiation
Managing day-to-day operations: Overseeing the day-to- day operations of a company or organization
Managing staff and resources: Supervising, hiring, and training employees
Planning and strategizing: Planning and strategizing to achieve business objectives
Monitoring performance: Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance and safety
Optimizing processes: Optimizing processes to boost efficiency.
Budget management: Planning, forecasting, monitoring, and controlling costs to keep operations within financial constraints"                                        
Audit; Participate in various types Of audit"                                        
need strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills to effectively navigate the complexities of operational management"                
Flexible to relocate at site as per project requirement"
Support to tender team  for various input related to tender"

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge    
Sound knowledge of Standards & Codes for T &D business, construction related work.            
Monitoring site activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical works for constrnction/commissioning of T&D, substation work        
Managing timelines and resolving site issues promptly.    
Support and capabilities to identify fitters/technicians as per project/contract requirements.            
Sound knowledge of documenttation & reporting related to T&D business, construction related work    

Education    
Degree in electrical engineers +8 years experience
