The Account Manager – IMS is responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts while developing new business opportunities within industrial sectors.
This role ensures end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to revenue realization, including supporting invoicing and collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow assigned IMS accounts (refinery, manufacturing, power, renewables)
- Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
2. Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities
- Expand company presence in industrial sectors
3. Pipeline Management
- Maintain qualified pipeline 2x individual sales target
- Ensure proper opportunity qualification and follow-up
4. Sales Execution
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution alignment
- Drive deal closing and contract finalization
5. Revenue Realization & Cashflow Support
- Ensure smooth commercial handover to operations for execution
- Coordinate with Operations to maintain client alignment toward project completion and Completion Letter (BAST) issuance
- Accountable for Invoice and Collection for every delivered work under the handled accounts
6. Internal Coordination
Maintain strong coordination with Operations, Technical team, Legal, HR and Finance/Admin to ensure alignment between project execution and commercial milestones.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in TIC / inspection / industrial technical services sales
- Proven track record in selling services such as:
- Inspection (NDT, in-service, third-party inspection)
- Asset integrity / PSAIM / certification
- Existing network in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing sectors
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong understanding of technical-commercial alignment in service-based projects
- Experience handling both project-based and recurring service sales
Note:
- Candidates without prior experience in TIC / inspection / industrial technical services will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates with existing active client relationships that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities.
