In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to financial activities within a multinational TIC company. This job purpose is supporting the Finance team in invoice and expense claim processing, document filing, and other day-to-day finance administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and check vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
• Assist with entering invoices and claims into the system, including the appropriate cost center or sales order.
• Scan, copy, and organize finance documents for proper filing and audit purposes.
• Support the Finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
• Able to work on-site during internship period
• Keen interest in finance and accounting-related functions.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and work with financial data and documentation.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
