Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, conducting, and completing client audits across applicable management system certification schemes, including Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and submit audit programs to clients and coordinate any required changes to audit plans or client information in accordance with iCert procedures.
- Conduct assigned audits in accordance with ISO 19011, established audit procedures, the Auditor Code of Conduct, and applicable ethical requirements.
- Collect and document objective evidence, evaluate conformity and non-conformity against applicable requirements, and follow up on corrective actions submitted by clients.
- Prepare complete and technically accurate audit reports, including recommendations for the granting, continuation, suspension, or rejection of certification, as applicable.
- Ensure each audit adequately covers the relevant technical aspects of the client’s industry and is supported by an audit team with the appropriate competence.
- Review audit reports for technical completeness and compliance with defined procedures before submitting them to the Certification Manager.
- Review and approve or reject submitted reports based on their technical completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable certification requirements.
- Apply relevant business improvement knowledge and provide professional, customer-focused, and value-added auditing to clients.
- Monitor and maintain audit performance indicators, including report submission lead time, report rejection rate, and auditor competence development.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or another relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE function
- Practical experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Certified as a Lead Auditor from an accredited international organization (such as IRCA, PECB, Exemplar Global or equivalent)
