Senior Executive - People Operations

Your Tasks

  • Employee relations, government systems, compliance with the labour law, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Keeping a track of employee Probationary period, Paid Leaves, Sick Leaves & other Leaves.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee profile and payroll record.
  • Provide accurate attendance and leave records for payroll processing and support regional HR for entire payroll process.
  • Register employees in GOSI/MOL system, periodical update payroll data in Mudad system.
  • Coordinate with regional HR in issuing necessary HR documents & letters: Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, Appraisal, Service Certificates & Disciplinary Action.
  • Preparing the HR Process Tracker (On-Boarding, Confirmation & Exit Process).
  • Maintenance of employee confidential file (ECF) in system and physical files for Saudi Arabia.
  • Conducting Exit formalities & clearances for leaving employees.
  • Assisting Head of HR in various HR related activities as and when required.
  • Responsible for new and renewal of labour contract.
  • Maintain strong relationships with each branch coordinators and support them for HR related work.
  • Act as a first “Point of Contact (POC)” to all employees and managers for all HR related issues.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experince. 
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Mudad and MOL systems.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and payroll coordination.
  • Ability to manage employee records, confidential files and HR documentation with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, employee databases and attendance tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail in handling employee matters.
