HSE Trainer

  • Your Tasks

    • Deliver high-quality Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs aligned with international standards and client-specific requirements.
    • Promote compliance and foster a strong safety culture within industrial, inspection, and construction environments.
    • Conduct HSE training sessions for clients covering topics such as risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency preparedness, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), scaffolding safety, safe rigging and slinging, and related safety practices.
    • Customize training content to meet industry-specific requirements, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
    • Design, develop, and regularly update training materials in line with global HSE standards and best practices.
    • Ensure all training programs comply with local regulations as well as international HSE standards.
    • Stay up to date with changes in legislation, certification requirements, and industry best practices related to HSE.

     

    Your Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
    • NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent professional HSE certification.
    • OSHA certification.
    • Train the Trainer certification.

     

    Your Skills

    • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and frameworks.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and training facilitation skills.
    • Ability to customize and adapt training materials to different industries and client needs.
    • Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving HSE legislation and certifications.
