Junior Account Manager

Your Tasks

  • Support the Laboratory Operations team in managing and growing sales across Product Safety Testing and Certification services, including ITE, industrial products, consumer goods, and laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in managing a defined portfolio of customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Laboratory Department Managers to support active projects and respond to customer needs.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as customer follow-ups, lead qualification, and CRM data maintenance.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings and sales calls together with senior sales team members.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and interest in technical services (e.g., EMC, electrical safety, cybersecurity) are considered an advantage.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 – $75,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
