Junior Manager Treasury Operations (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to group-wide cash management initiatives, including SAP In-House Cash, Payment Factory, cash pooling, and account clearing/disposition
  • Drive transformation, further development, and management of liquidity planning in S/4HANA, as well as actual data analysis in SAP
  • Efficient administration of group bank accounts
  • Prepare monthly reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
  • Promote the digitalization/automation of cash management processes, including SAP S/4HANA
  • Actively participate in and lead own projects
  • Identify and hedge foreign currency exposure

Your Qualifications

  • Completed training in banking and/or a relevant university degree; ideally VdT certification or CFA
  • At least three years of professional experience in an international industrial company or a bank
  • Expertise in global cash management and knowledge of accounting under IFRS and HGB
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI or IHC/BCM as well as experience with treasury management systems (ideally Technosis)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
