I.      Position Summary

    This position is responsible for support sales and KA team within FHB Dept.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Collect and maintain current and potential customer data; 20%
   2. Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry; 20%
   3. Arrange Picking of all clients; 40%
   4. Prepare and confirm contract with customer/sales; 10%
   5. Handle some Administrative Services of sales team; 10%

III.      Job Requirements

1. 6. Bachelor degree or above; Chemical Engineer or Marketing as preferred;
   7. Good understanding and willing to learn standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
   8. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, service oriented and strong teamwork spirit;
   9. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
   10. Good computer skill and command of English.
