Ventilation Systems Expert (m/f/d) for the Real Estate Division (Electrical and Building Services) in Kassel
This position is available full-time starting 1 January 2026.
What we offer
- Inspection of building services systems
- Assessment of installed ventilation systems, CO warning systems, smoke and heat extraction systems (SHEV/MRA), pressurized ventilation systems, sprinkler systems, wall hydrants, etc.
- Acceptance and recurring inspections in accordance with current building regulations and relevant laws, standards, and guidelines
- Preparation of reports on the safety status of systems in industrial, commercial, and special buildings
- Technical consulting (providing technical support during all construction phases)
Your Profile
- Completed degree in building services engineering, utility engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the planning, maintenance, or construction of general building services systems
- Existing building authority approval is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a confident external presence and the ability to work as a team internally
- Flexibility, commitment, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure
- European B driving license
