I. Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality of the services provided to key customers, referred to as “Key Accounts”. He/she has to ensure that all clients’ specific requirements are properly implemented and fulfilled. He/she also tracks projects and ensures that projects from his accounts are handled timely and properly. He/she is responsible in overseeing and growing the accounts, ensuring that business targets are met and maintaining good relationship with customers. The main area is Electrical & Electronic products and hardlines products, for the European Retail market, with focus on France and Germany.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

- Manage and strategically develop relationships with Key Accounts by providing responsive and effective service, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. (35%)
- Drive sales growth and vendor outreach process to achieve and exceed sales targets through planning, cross-sales execution, and proactive account expansion strategies for assigned Key Accounts. (35%)

- Act as interface and first contact to local or global sourcing/ QA- office of retailers/ importers and Global Sales Team(s)when needed. (5%)

- Ensure and monitor compliance of TÜV SÜD offices/labs with the quality processes of the Key Accounts: SOPs, technical requirements, standard reports, pricing, etc…), develop tailor made QA- processes for KA- clients, that support account growth (5%)

- Ensure on-time delivery of quality reports that meet the requirements and contractual terms agreed upon with the Key Accounts, maintaining high service standards to foster account expansion (5%)

- Support in implementing all client-specific test requirements and procedures in close cooperation with lab and Key Accounts. (5%)

- Provide training for the concerned TÜV SÜD offices/labs on the standard operating procedures applicable to each Key Account. (5%)

- Control data upload for some Key Accounts that are using database IT systems and Analyze and use available data insights to identify growth potential. (3%)

- Cooperate with engineers to develop test programs with laboratory when customers need new test development. (2%)
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

- Suitable Bachelor Degree or comparable background in related industries.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Strong working knowledge in terms of quality and applicable test standards/ regulations or product development or product sourcing.
- Able to interpret technical information and transmit to the global subsidiaries
- Strong sales skills and experience with client management and growing key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications/ CRM experience would be helpful.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism
- Pro-active and customer-oriented; able to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken , native in an industry-relevant European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish etc.). Additional language skills are a strong plus
- Suitable Bachelor Degree or comparable background in related industries.
