You will be responsible for the Sales, Business Development and Project Management of lift advisory services within the Industry and Infrastructure (I&I) Division. As Lift & Escalator Consultant, you will be responsible for sales, business development, and project management of lift advisory and consultancy services within the Industry & Infrastructure (I&I) Division. This role combines technical expertise, client engagement, and project delivery, supporting both business growth and high-quality consultancy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography.
• Support management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing strategies across service portfolios to improve profitability and/or achieve market acceptance.
• Develop winning business proposals to put forth our value propositions as a leading provider of quality, safety, and sustainable solutions to customers.
• Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
• Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients.
• To perform and review the comprehensive lift / escalator audit to capture the detail of the current conditions of all equipment’s and advised on audit recommendations and follow up until closing.
• Responsible to compute design budgets and cost estimates for new lift/escalator projects, including schedule, budget and scope of work, including evaluating contractors by assessing quality, timeliness, delivery compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead lift and escalator projects to ensure delivery meets contractual, technical, and quality expectations.

Key Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry
• Experience in project management and technical knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including operation, installation and modernization works
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards applicable in Built Environment, specifically Lift and Escalator industry
• Target-oriented, analytical, and systematic, with strong problem-solving skills
• Clear and articulate communicator with strong presentation, networking, and stakeholder management abilities
• Good to have: Registration under the IES / ACES Lift & Escalator Inspector (LEI) scheme or qualification as a Professional Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
• A strong team player who is proactive, driven, and professionally disciplined
