Your Tasks
- Lead and execute global brand initiatives across sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation
- Translate brand strategy into clear messaging frameworks and integrated communication concepts
- Establish TÜV SÜD’s sustainability thought leadership across ESG, decarbonisation, and future-ready topics
- Support executives with messaging and content for media engagements, panels, and conferences
- Define strategic participation in high-impact external events and develop distinctive brand presence concepts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sustainability, PR, and regional teams to ensure consistent global messaging
- Monitor market, media, and sustainability trends to continuously refine brand positioning
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or sustainability communications
- Proven experience in integrated brand activation and thought leadership development
- Strong storytelling, writing, and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex and technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in international, matrix organisations
- Strong understanding of digital and media landscapes; fluent in English and German
