Tasks:

Support the Business Process Excellence & Execution - Digitalization team in the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions

Assist in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of processes in collaboration with process owners and stakeholders from various departments

Support process and digitalization initiatives by contributing to the identification of automation and digital improvement opportunities

Independently contribute to process modeling and documentation, including the preparation of relevant materials and structured content

Support the maintenance and administration of digital and process management tools, including data quality assurance

Assist in project management activities within digitalization, optimization, and transformation projects

Prepare, organize, and document meetings, workshops, and presentations related to digitalization and process initiatives
Qualifications:

You are an enrolled student in a degree program with a business or technical focus

Ideally, you are available to work 20 hours per week; full-time availability during semester breaks is possible

You have a strong interest in digitalization and process optimization in a business environment

Ideally, you have initial practical experience (e.g. internships, student jobs, university projects) in digitalization, process management, data analysis, or project management

You demonstrate a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset and enjoy working on complex topics

You are communicative, reliable, and a team player, with the ability to collaborate across functions
-
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); experience with digital platforms, automation tools, or process management tools is a plus

You possess excellent English and good German language skills
