Your Tasks

Set the vision and lead the team in developing and executing the overall change and communication strategy for the People transformation

Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of all stakeholder toolkits, training materials, and messaging frameworks

Make strategic decisions on balancing global consistency with local adaptation, guiding the team in tailoring resources

Monitor organizational change saturation, set priorities, and recommend pacing to senior leadership

Facilitate high-impact workshops and provide expert guidance on complex transformation initiatives

Ensure transparency and process visibility for all impacted groups, acting as a primary escalation point for change topics

Build and maintain senior-level cross-functional relationships to align messaging and change activities across the organization
Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field

10+ years of experience in change management and communications within complex, global environments

Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups

Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication best practices

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Experience designing and delivering training, toolkits, and communication assets

Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence at all levels, and drive alignment across functions

Culturally sensitive and experienced in working with international teams and regional stakeholders
