Change Manager Business & IT Transformation (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for complex transformation initiatives, such as global CRM system rollouts
  • Analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems, and define appropriate interventions
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization and act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related topics
  • Design and execute communication plans to create awareness and engagement
  • Develop and facilitate trainings workshops, and leadership enablement programs
  • Establish and monitor change KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transformation execution

Your Qualification

  • Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, ora related field
  • Proven experience in leading change management for transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, CRM or ERP implementations, process reengineering)
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks
  • Experience working in agile, hybrid, orwaterfall project environments
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation
  • Ability totranslate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken

You will develop and execute change strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.
