Your Tasks
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for complex transformation initiatives, such as global CRM system rollouts
- Analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems, and define appropriate interventions
- Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization and act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related topics
- Design and execute communication plans to create awareness and engagement
- Develop and facilitate trainings workshops, and leadership enablement programs
- Establish and monitor change KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transformation execution
Your Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, ora related field
- Proven experience in leading change management for transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, CRM or ERP implementations, process reengineering)
- Knowledge of change management frameworks
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, orwaterfall project environments
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation
- Ability totranslate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
