Tasks
- Commercial management and support of mixed-use and commercial properties owned by third parties
- Service-oriented support for tenants and owners, including lease management (e.g. monitoring lease rights and obligations, as well as their adjustment and enforcement)
- Management and monitoring of external service providers and tradespeople, as well as optimisation of contract awards
- Checking and posting invoices, preparing business plans, budgets and reports
- Monitoring, checking and approving utility bills
Qualifications
- Successfully completed training in real estate management, preferably with additional qualifications (e.g. real estate specialist)
- At least two years of professional experience in property management of commercial and residential properties
- Proficient in MS Office, property management software and electronic invoice processing programmes
- Independent and structured approach to work, coupled with strong communication, integration and teamwork skills
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English (at least level C1)
