Data Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Support the definition and standardization of company-wide standards and frameworks for data access and data governance
  • Lead the development of strategic data partnerships and manage the acquisition process of datasets
  • Optimize data access processes and ensure secure data access in close coordination with Corporate Data Governance, Data Protection, IT Security, Compliance and regulatory authorities
  • Collaborate with TÜV SÜD divisions and business units to implement local data access processes and support the establishment of new roles with data governance responsibilities
  • Further develop the data catalog together with the Corporate Data Governance team, maintain accurate dataset information, and ensure consistency, accuracy and data quality
  • Represent TÜV SÜD Digital Service at data conferences and support the development of strategic partnerships and the acquisition of relevant datasets

Your Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in a data or digital role, ideally including project management experience and involvement in building data operating models
  • Strong expertise in data management, governance frameworks and data quality standards
  • Experience in standardizing processes and roles across a diverse stakeholder landscape, particularly in solving problems within a regulated environment
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business agility
  • Experience with data catalog tools is an advantage
  • German language skills (at least B2 level)
