Tasks
Join us as Data Partnerships Manager and standardise the way data is accessed and used for the business use cases. Proactively scout strategic data and establish partnerships with local organisations to facilitate its usage.
- Support the definition and standardisation of enterprise-wide data access and data governance standards and frameworks
- Lead the creation of strategic data partnerships, both internal and external, and lead the procurement process for data sets
- Streamline data access processes and facilitate secure data access by aligning with Corporate Data Governance, Data Protection, IT security, Compliance and other regulatory body
- Collaborate with divisions and business units to implement data access processes locally and support the creation of new roles with data governance responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Corporate Data Governance team on the data catalog by maintaining accurate records of data sets and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and data quality
- Represent Digital Service at data conferences and support the creation of strategic partnerships and the acquisition of relevant data sets
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience in a data or digital role, ideally including project management experience and involvement in setting up data operating models
- Deep knowledge of data management, governance frameworks, and data quality standards
- Experience in standardising processes and roles with a wide range of stakeholders, with a focus on removing blockers in a regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement, change management skills, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business agility
- Experience in using data catalog tools is desirable
- German language skills (at least B2)
