Tasks

• Own and ensure the smooth operation of the company-wide Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solution, supporting approximately 500 users across the organization, with a strong focus on Digital & IT
• Drive the continuous enhancement of the PPM solution by gathering, prioritizing, and implementing new business requirements and user needs (e.g., business case methodologies, portfolio KPIs, reporting, and dashboards)
• Lead the conceptual and technological evolution of the platform, including the implementation of new AI-powered capabilities and the integration of additional (internal) tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure DevOps, and GitHub)
• Enable the Digital & IT organization in its transition to a product-centric model by providing and evolving the solution
• Collaborate closely with global project teams, portfolio managers, controlling, stakeholders, and product owners across functions (e.g.,  Digital & IT, Corporate Innovation, and the Transformation Office)
• Design and execute change management initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and user trainings.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, project or portfolio management, or as a Solution/Application Owner for enterprise-wide applications
• A genuine desire to work in a high-performing team characterized by exceptional drive, ownership, collaboration, trust, business focus, and a strong ambition for rapid personal growth and responsibility
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and their practical application, including AI-driven solutions such as agents, combined with an openness to continuous and fast-paced change, for example the shift from project-based to product-based organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both German and English
• A plus: An IT background and/or hands-on experience with portfolio and project management tools such as Clarity, Planview, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
