Expert People Transformation - Global People Processes (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Drive the design and global harmonization of People processes through Level 6, incl. SOPs and work instructions
  • Define cross‑functional standards (process levels, data standards, SLAs, service catalog, roles) using a global‑first/local‑exception approach
  • Manage localization needs, ensuring legally required deviations are validated, documented, and compliant
  • Develop process‑to‑system blueprints for SuccessFactors and the service platform (workflow, case, data, integrations).Partner with IT to ensure processes are fully ready for system configuration and implementation
  • Establish process ownership, governance, change control, and secure alignment via workshops and SME engagement
  • Oversee project execution and drive measurable improvements in service quality, consistency, SLA adherence, and employee experience

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR transformation, global process design, or HR operating model work
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes, HR service delivery, and process governance
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and HR service platforms
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to balance global standards with local requirements; fluency in English

 

The Expert People Transformation - Global People Processes (f/m/d) is responsible for designing, harmonizing, and governing end‑to‑end People processes across the People Organization. The role develops a global People process architecture, ensures alignment with People technology (SuccessFactors, HCM, and an HR service platform), and drives improvements in service quality and employee experience.  After the project concludes, this position becomes the ongoing global owner of People process governance, maintaining processes, managing change control, updating documentation, and driving continuous improvement.
