Global Process Expert (GPE) SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Lead global design and harmonization of end-to-end compensation processes (merit, bonus, STI) aligned with People & Rewards strategy.
  • Define future-state process blueprints and ensure consistency across regions and business units.
  • Act as global process lead in the SuccessFactors Compensation implementation, translating business needs into system requirements.
  • Participate in configuration reviews, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate project milestones, data migration, process readiness, and global/regional rollout alignment.
  • Drive change readiness, ensure local compliance, and deliver training and communication for stakeholders.
  • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, collect feedback, and implement optimization improvements.

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR technology or global HR transformation, with strong focus on HRIS implementations.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, ideally in a global rollout.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation programs and processes (merit planning, bonus cycles, budgeting, etc.).
  • Experience in process design, blueprinting, and translating functional requirements into system configuration.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation preferred.
