Your Tasks
- Build, develop, and execute corporate IT controlling
- Manage group-wide IT budget planning, IT forecasting, and quarterly IT reporting in close collaboration with divisions, subsidiaries, and corporate holding
- Control IT projects and programs using established management tools (e.g., business cases, approval limits)
- Develop ideas for a more cost-driver-based IT controlling approach and initiate implementation steps
- Maintain and enhance a financial key performance indicator system for global use (SAP BW dashboards available, SAP BW support provided)
- Prepare IT investment decisions through business cases, make-or-buy analyses, memoranda, etc.
- Regularly review, adjust, and maintain data relevant to IT controlling and independently handle ad hoc requests and related projects
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, IT controlling, or a similar role within IT governance
- Interest in IT/digital topics, strong affinity for technology; knowledge of ITIL and project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma) desirable but not mandatory
- Analytical curiosity, enjoyment of independent work and handling complex contexts
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
- User knowledge of common controlling and reporting tools, primarily SAP S/4HANA, SAP R/3 FI/CO, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW support available internally)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell
- Fluent German and English language skills
