Tasks
- Internal Communications Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute a global internal communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and brand priorities
- Editorial Leadership: Own and manage the global editorial calendar, ensuring a structured, prioritised, and balanced flow of content across regions and channels
- Messaging & Narratives: Define and maintain messaging frameworks for leadership communications, transformation initiatives, and organisational updates
- Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (e.g. CEO Office, Finance, Legal, HR/People, Business Units), aligning communication priorities in complex environments
- Board of Management Communications & Events: Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end project management of internal Board-level formats (e.g. TÜV SÜD Live, Ask Us Anything, leadership town halls), ensuring alignment, stakeholder readiness, and on-brand delivery
- Campaigns & Employee Engagement: Design and lead internal campaigns and storytelling initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and strategic alignment
- Channels & Quality Management: Oversee internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, campaigns), ensuring continuous improvement, relevance for employees, and high content quality
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a comparable role within a multinational or international organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling abilities and experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging messages
- Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, including collaboration with senior leaders and executive teams
- Strong expertise in editorial planning, content strategy, and internal communications delivery across multiple channels
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) and confidence working in global, cross-cultural settings
