Your Tasks

• Manage the procurement, administration, and updating of standards, regulations, and technical specifications for the corporate organization
• Monitor changes to relevant standards and support the assessment of their impact on management systems and business processes
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and prepare global quality management data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management reports
• Support the maintenance and continuous development of the accreditation/service database etc.
• Maintain and manage quality-related documentation and ensure effective document control processes
• Contribute to global quality initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with international stakeholders
• Support the implementation and harmonization of corporate quality management requirements across business units, regions, and legal entities

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, 17025, 17065, or 17021-1) and a strong interest in regulatory and normative requirements
• Strong affinity for data analysis, reporting, and the structured preparation of information
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, combined with a diligent, detail-oriented, and self-driven approach to work
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Informations

As a Junior Quality Management Specialist, you will support the global Technical Compliance and Quality Management corporate function in the further development of the Quality Management System (QMS), the management of quality-related data, and the administration of normative requirements. In this role, you will work closely with international business units, regions, and legal entities, contributing to the transparency and harmonization of quality standards across the Group.
