Tasks
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding accreditations and approvals from standardization bodies
- Monitoring the market to identify growth opportunities and acting as a driver and source of ideas for developing new services in the field of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Cybersecurity certification
- Defining specifications, including interpretation of standards, norms, and regulations within the relevant certification area
- Participating in internal audits and assessments by accreditation bodies/standardization organizations, ensuring continuous improvement and process optimization
- Advising and supporting employees working in the relevant certification area in solving problems encountered during their activities
- Conducting audits and performing veto reviews, customer visits and identifying customer requirements, if necessary
- Organizing regular experience-sharing sessions for auditors and conducting employee training as a trainer and moderator
- Supporting the implementation of product-related strategic goals
Qualifications
- Completed university degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and/or Cybersecurity
- Qualification as Lead Auditor for one of the listed standards is desirable
- Experience with at least one of the following standards: ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX®, ISO/IEC 20000-1, certification according to the IT Security Catalog of the German Federal Network Agency, ISO/IEC 22301 (BCM), KRITIS
- Experience in dealing with accreditation bodies in a product management role is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in teamwork, excellent analytical skills for quickly understanding complex issues and confident demeanor
- High intercultural competence and strong communication and presentation skills
