Tasks

• Planning and implementation of the integration of HCM on-premise systems with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analysis of integration requirements in close coordination with our clients (m/f/d).
• Support of the technical system integration in a hybrid target architecture consisting of cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Providing HCM consulting and implementation in HCM on-premise systems.
• Coordination and monitoring of adjustments and further development of HCM SF interfaces.
• Support in processing and creating workbooks in the SF environment.
• Taking over integration topics in the group-wide rollout of SF EC and other SF modules.
• Management of assigned external suppliers during implementation.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP HCM/SF modules and project work.
• Experience in implementing complex HCM integration processes.
• Experience in independent HCM/SF consulting and process implementation.
• Ability to present complex issues convincingly.
• Sense of responsibility and cost awareness.
• Teamwork and social skills.
• Independence and commitment.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
