Your Tasks
- Shape and evolve the SuccessFactors solution architecture across Employee Central and the Talent Modules
- Provide architectural leadership and support for the consulting team
- Guide new initiatives, change requests, and international rollouts in close alignment with HR
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards as well as data protection and security policies
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate requirements and design scalable, future‑ready solutions
- Lead release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews
Your Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a comparable field
- Extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)
- Experience with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy regulations (GDPR)
- Proven track record in large‑scale HRIS implementations and transformation projects
- Structured, analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups
- Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
