Tasks
Drive TÜV SÜD´s digital transformation as part of our corporate Digital Hub by:
- Independently leading strategic, high-impact digital projects from ideation to global scaling
- Accountable for end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, reporting & business case realization
- Collaborating closely with business units, regional teams, IT and external parties for maximum impact and success
- Contribute to TÜV SÜD´s overarching digital strategy (execution) e.g. by developing digital best practices for global roll-out (e.g. project delivery framework)
Qualifications
- Technical (or business) degree with at least 6 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
- Extensive and proven track record in leading complex digital projects for large industry players
- Proficient in digital project management, including agile / hybrid methodologies and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Solid understanding of technologies such as AI, machine learning, data and platform management
- Passion, ownership, curiosity, team player, integrity and friendliness
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
