Solution Owner Digital Portfolio (f/m/d)

Tasks


Take ownership of TÜV SÜD’s enterprise-wide Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and corresponding tool:

  • Lead the continued rollout, development, adoption, and operational management of the PPM tool for ~2,000 TÜV SÜD users globally
  • Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance alignment, process integration and user queries regarding the tool itself as well as its interfaces
  • Manage the full lifecycle of requirements and enhancements: collect, prioritize, detail, test and coordinate with implementation partners to continuously improve tool functionalities and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with project delivery teams, global portfolio management or controlling to ensure smooth integration into business processes, tool adoption and consistent usage
  • Contribute to the company-wide transition towards a product-centric operating model, shaping governance, roles, funding logic and portfolio structures in close alignment with Digital/IT, divisions and group functions
  • Contribute to the demand management and idea qualification process by supporting structured intake, evaluation and prioritization of new initiatives in line with strategic objectives, portfolio capacity and value contribution


Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in project or portfolio management and/or as a solution owner for comparable applications, ideally with hands-on tool implementation/change management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project demand management and enterprise portfolio management as well as PPM and PM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Projects, MS Planner)
  • Proven track record in managing tool rollouts, requirements, testing, and user enablement
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and training skills
  • Ability to combine operational ownership with strategic thinking to drive adoption and continuous improvement
