Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning to solution design, development, deployment, and support
• Establish and maintain a strategic Power Platform governance framework, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with organizational standards
• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and solution designs using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft tools
• Monitor and optimize solution performance, user adoption, and ROI while continuously improving platform capabilities
• Coordinate with IT, security, and development teams to ensure seamless integration, effective use case prioritization, and a highly automated delivery pipeline

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional education
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), MS365, and related technologies
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of process automation, data integration, and governance principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ideally within agile project environments
• Knowledge of DevOps, Dataverse, SQL, or API integration is an advantage
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
