At TÜV SÜD, we are shaping the future through our most ambitious Operational Process Enhancements (OPEn) programme, including our SAP S/4 HANA transformation. As Strategic Transformation Lead for OPEn Core, you will act as the strategic right hand to the Director ERP Transformation, ensuring governance excellence, driving executive communication, and leading special initiatives that secure programme success.
Tasks
- Ensure seamless communication and reporting to the TÜV SÜD Board of Management, Supervisory Board, TÜV SÜD Transformation Office, and other executive committees
- Continuously improve governance frameworks and decision-making processes in close collaboration with the OPEn Core PMO
- Drive strategic initiatives and special projects, such as the development of global OPEn rollout strategy
- Manage disciplinary topics for the strategic transformation team
- Manage ad hoc priorities, including budget reprioritisation, crisis management, etc
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- More than 7 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategic programme roles
- Proven track record in large-scale IT or SAP transformation programmes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment
