At TÜV SÜD, we are shaping the future through our most ambitious Operational Process Enhancements (OPEn) programme, including our SAP S/4HANA transformation. As Strategic Transformation Manager for OPEn Core, you are accountable for governance, executive alignment, and lead special initiatives to secure programme success, reporting directly to the Director of ERP Transformation.
Tasks
- Take overall responsibility for structured communication, reporting, and decision support the TÜV SÜD Board of Management, Supervisory Board, TÜV SÜD Transformation Office, and other executive committees
- Continuously improve governance frameworks and decision-making processes in close collaboration with the OPEn Core PMO and team Define, steer, and oversee strategic initiatives and special projects, such as the development of global OPEn rollout strategy
- Manage ad hoc priorities, including budget reprioritisation, crisis management, other critical matters
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and execution excellence across all OPEn Core management topics
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategic programme roles
- Proven track record in large-scale IT or SAP transformation programmes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment
