Werkstudent (w/m/d) HR Transformation (15-20 Stunden)

Tasks

  • Support global HR projects within the framework of the transformation program, such as process optimization or change management initiatives
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and communication materials for various stakeholders (HR, leadership, employees)
  • Plan and organize meetings and workshops, including preparation of materials and follow-up activities
  • Maintain and update project plans, status reports, and documentation in coordination with the project team
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarks in the context of transformation and digitalization
  • Support internal communication initiatives, such as intranet articles, newsletters, or employee surveys
  • Collaborate with international HR colleagues and other departments within the program framework

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Organizational/Work Psychology, Communication Studies, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study
  • Initial industry experience through relevant internships or working student positions is required
  • First experience in Human Resources, HR Management, or within the HR department of an international company is desirable
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Organizational talent with a global mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
