Your Tasks
- Support the revamp and continuous development of the Global Sales intranet pages, ensuring up-to-date, structured and user-friendly content
- Maintain and update the GSM information package and internal communication materials
- Support the update and rollout of the global Account Plan template aligned with the new Global Industry Segment (GIS) sales model
- Assist in sales analyses, reporting and preparation of management presentations and decision documents
- Contribute to sales consulting projects and provide project management support for global sales initiatives
- Conduct market analyses and market development studies to identify growth opportunities, trends and competitive dynamics
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI use cases within the Global Sales organization, including documentation, communication and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders across regions, divisions and functions to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Your Qualifications
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a comparable field
- Strong interest in sales, strategy, consulting, digital transformation and international business
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis and reporting is an advantage
- Affinity for digital tools, intranet platforms and AI-based applications is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and collaborate in an international team environment
