Your Tasks 

  • Maintenance and further development of an existing calculation software for the analysis of kinematics and kinetics of amusement rides
  • Conceptual design and implementation of parametric extension stages, with each stage representing a specific type of amusement ride
  • Validation of calculation results by comparison with customer-provided structural calculations and independent hand calculations

Your Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, Physics, Engineering Informatics, or a comparable technical degree program
  • Very good understanding of Engineering Mechanics, Kinematics, and Kinetics
  • Experience in or strong interest in software-based calculations and technical modeling
  • Programming skills (e.g. MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar), ideally with experience in parametric models
  • Analytical and structured working style with a high standard for the quality and accuracy of calculation results
  • Good to very good command of English, both written and spoken (e.g. for documentation and technical coordination)
  • Independent, reliable working style and enthusiasm for technically challenging tasks
