Working Student CRM (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Support the global CRM rollout team with project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing rollout documentation, training materials, and presentations
  • Help consolidate feedback from local key users
  • Maintain project-related data and reports (e.g. progress tracking, user lists, test results)
  • Support communication between global and regional teams
  • Assist in meeting preparation and documentation (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in CRM, digital transformation, or sales processes
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Confident with MS Office tools, ideally some experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems
  • Enjoy working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders

As part of TÜV SÜD’s digital transformation journey, we are rolling out Microsoft Dynamics as our global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Our goal: Make TÜV SÜD a CRM-enabled organisation.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support the global CRM team in planning, executing, and monitoring the international rollout of Microsoft Dynamics to around 2,500 users across multiple regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global project management, digital sales transformation, and CRM processes in a complex, international organisation.
