Your Tasks

  • Participation in International HR Projects: Supporting global HR initiatives in areas such as Leadership, Employee Experience, Performance, Development, and Learning, contributing to the design and implementation of growth‑focused programs
  • Training Preparation and Coordination: Assisting with planning, organizing, and coordinating internal workshops, webinars, and training sessions to ensure smooth and impactful learning experiences
  • Creation of Communication Materials: Creating engaging content for internal channels, including intranet, newsletters, and presentations, to communicate key topics clearly and effectively
  • Data and Research for HR Development: Conducting research and gathering insights to support data‑driven decisions and HR development strategies

Your Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Leadership, Employee Experience, and HR Innovation
  • Advantageous: Experience in HR, internal communications, or project work
  • Confident use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills; German skills as an advantage
  • High level of organization, proactivity, and collaboration in an international environment
  • Creativity in designing engaging communication and learning materials
  • Ability for independent work and multitasking
