Business Assurance Divisionにおいて、マネジメントシステム規格に対する審査業務を担当いただく審査員を募集します。
クライアントの多様化するリスクおよびコンプライアンス要件に対応するため、単一規格に留まらず、複数分野にまたがる審査経験・専門性を有する人材を歓迎します。

■ 主な業務内容

•    各種マネジメントシステム規格に基づく審査業務の実施
•    審査計画の策定、現地審査、報告書作成
•    顧客との技術的ディスカッションおよびサービス説明
•    審査品質の維持・向上に向けた内部活動への参画
•    必要に応じた複数規格の統合審査への対応

■ 応募要件（必須）

•    マネジメントシステム審査員としての実務経験
•    主任審査員または審査員資格（いずれかのMS規格）
•    顧客対応および報告書作成に必要なビジネススキル
•    ビジネス日本語（JLPT N1相当以上）　※社内外で日本語のみでも円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
•    ビジネス英語　※高度な英語力は必須ではありませんが、英文メールの読み書きができ、英語での簡単なコミュニケーションやトレーニングに対応可能なレベル

•    クロスドメインでの審査実務経験

【雇用形態】　正社員（試用期間6か月）

【勤務地】　本社（東京都渋谷区）
    
【就業時間】　9:00-18:00（うち休憩1時間）
　フレックスタイム制度あり（コアタイム11:00-16:00）※標準労働時間8時間
    
【休日・休暇】　年間休日120日以上（土日祝日、年末年始）
　・年次有給休暇 初年度最大12日
　・傷病休暇（有給）初年度最大12日
　※いずれも入社日に付与されますが、入社月により付与日数は異なります
　このほか慶弔休暇、特別傷病休暇、永年勤続休暇など、有給休暇制度が充実しています
