The Admin (Academy Training) supports the end-to-end coordination and administration of TÜV SÜD Academy’s training programs. This role ensures the efficient planning, execution, and documentation of public and in-house training activities, while maintaining high service quality and compliance with ISO standards.Key Responsibilities:Training Coordination:Support the planning, scheduling, and organization of public and corporate training programs.Coordinate with trainers, clients, and participants regarding training schedules, logistics, and requirements.Ensure training materials, certificates, and evaluation forms are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.Administrative Support:Maintain and update training databases, participant records, and document control in compliance with TÜV SÜD policies and ISO standards.Process course registrations, confirmations, and billing coordination with the Finance Department.Assist in managing training calendars, inquiries, and email correspondences.Customer Service & Communication:Provide excellent customer service to training participants, ensuring smooth registration and post-training support.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding training-related updates.Handle client feedback and ensure concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.Logistics & Event Support:Arrange venues, catering, equipment, and other logistics for training sessions.Monitor attendance, prepare certificates, and ensure post-training reports are completed.Support marketing initiatives for Academy programs, including coordination with digital and sales teams.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Education, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative, training coordination, or events management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training administration is an advantage.
