Manager Operation

Your Tasks:

Managing operations:

  • Promote a company culture within the team and support business functions.
  • Develop, implement, review and improve operational policies and procedures and ensure operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer and legal requirements, strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction by delivering quality service.
  • Monitor operational performance through tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Generate monthly MIS performance reports to be submitted to management. 
  • Train the team and relevant interested parties on changes / updates on operational procedures and policies

Operation Execution Support:

  • Quotation preparation & register events and participants on TMS portal.
  • Sending exam links to participants & prepare e-certificates for all training.
  • Co-coordinating with central team and other relevant interested parties for operational issues resolution.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations and delivering quality service from Certification & Training body industry.
  • Skills: Excellent planner, excellent communication, excellent interpersonal relationship management, excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Abilities: Should be adaptable, manage, motivate and lead a team and multi-task.
  • Knowledge: Well versed with MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and quality related standards and best practices.
